Armeria Sea Pink (Armeria maritima) is the perfect rock garden or informal cottage garden add-in. She's best in full sun in northern climates and part-sun in southern areas. She behaves well in the garden with its flush of blooms to attract pollinators. She establishes well in well-draining to sandy soil and spreads slowly. Her round clusters of pink to lavender flowers dance atop slender stems blooming throughout the spring and sporadically the rest of the summer. She grows to 1 foot by a 1-foot spread.
